หากผู้ใช้งาน Email Hosting ส่งอีเมล์ไปยังปลายทางและได้รับ Error ตีกลับ ให้ทำการติดต่อกับผู้ให้บริการ Email Server เพื่อให้ทางผู้ให้บริการดำเนินการตรวจสอบ Error ดังกล่าว ตัวอย่าง Error มีดังนี้

สาเหตุโดยสรุป :
จากประโยค “550 No such user (a@domain.com )”
หมายถึงไม่ SMTP Server เราไม่สามารถส่ง Email ไปยังปลายทางได้เนื่องจาก Mail Server ปลายทางไม่มี User ที่ชื่อว่า a@domain.com อยู่จริง
วิธีการแก้ไข :
ผู้ส่งตรวจสอบชื่อ Email Address ทุกตัวสะกดว่ามีการพิมพ์ข้อมูลผิดหรือไม่ แก้ไข และทำการส่งออกใหม่
